Our primary business objective is building isolated operations dashboard services that securely integrate with Zomato and Swiggy API pipelines to help our clients coordinate menu states and active orders.

2Zomato & Swiggy Merchant APIs & Authorization

To enable real-time order tracking and dynamic menu availability sync, our platform connects directly to client merchant accounts via official aggregator APIs or secure partner integration bridges. During configuration, we utilize authorized session tokens to coordinate operational updates:

We do not solicit, compile, or store client restaurant consumer personal data, customer coordinates, or sensitive personal profiles. We only process operational metadata necessary to sync kitchen pipelines and reconcile cash flows.

3 Operational User Data Policies

• No Commercial Data Transfers: We do not transfer, sell, lease, or disclose client order histories or financial payout datasets to third-party ad networks, marketing brokers, or external analytics agencies.

• Prohibited Use Cases: We do not use, process, or reference aggregator data histories to train public artificial intelligence models or expose merchant commission strategies.

6Client Control & Deletion of Data
