1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, initializing, or linking aggregator merchant integrations to the operations dashboards developed and hosted by Shri Giriraj Technology Pvt Ltd ("Agency", "We", or "Our"), you ("Client", "User", or "Merchant") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an enterprise or multi-location restaurant business entity, you represent and warrant that you hold sufficient administrative authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2Service Provision & Intended Use

Our services comprise automated menu sync workflows, active aggregator order tracking channels (specifically Swiggy, Zomato, and custom internal modules), and private operational data reconciliation dashboards.

Private Software Access: All systems, background crons, and dashboards provided by Us are licensed strictly for the internal operational management of the Client's restaurant locations. Selling, leasing, sub-licensing, or bulk transferring system access keys to external resellers is strictly prohibited.

3Restaurant Aggregator Integrations & User Responsibilities

Our platform operates by establishing connection bridges using authorized merchant credentials and tokens to access Zomato and Swiggy API pipelines. Clients recognize and agree to the following obligations:

• Authority Validation: The Client must own or hold validated administrative operations management rights over every restaurant outlet registered within their system dashboard.
• Compliance with Aggregator Terms: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that all catalog edits, item pricing updates, and menu syncing configurations comply with core Swiggy and Zomato merchant guidelines.
• Operational Integrity: Clients shall not use our catalog and availability sync systems to transmit fraudulent listings, deceitful menu item descriptions, or manipulate price structures.

4Disclaimers & Platform Limitations

Because our automation modules run over interfaces owned and operated by Zomato, Swiggy, and other third parties, our system operations are subject to specific limitations:

We provide our software dashboard services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular operational frequency.

5Security Auditing & Credential Safety

Clients must preserve the confidentiality of their dashboard account authentication credentials.

Any security vulnerability, unauthorized access warning, or credential leakage observed inside client networks must be reported immediately to our technical engineering team at contact@shrigiriraj.com. We reserve the right to suspend API sync routes immediately if a security compromise is suspected.

6Contract Duration & Termination

These Terms remain active as long as the Client maintains outlets synced inside our system or maintains an active dashboard account:

• Termination by Client: The Client can terminate this contract at any time by revoking integration tokens from their merchant console and requesting a complete database cache purge.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate system routes if the Client violates these Terms, violates Swiggy or Zomato partner policies, or fails to pay agreed system subscription costs.
